Arriving thirteen years ago from Tucson, Arizona, Scot landed a job working in the corporate office of Slifer Smith & Frampton in Avon, CO. He then moved over and sold real estate at the Cordillera Valley Club. For the last 10 years he has been one of the original brokers at Eagle Ranch. Scot graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and business Administration. Scot says, “There’s something very meaningful about selling somebody their piece of the Vail Valley; you’re talking about their dream that they have been working for. It’s the most beautiful place I can imagine, and those of us that get to live here full time are truly blessed!” Scot has called Eagle Ranch home for the last 8 years, literally. He works here, plays here, and is raising his 3 baby girls here with his doting wife, Erica who was the Head Golf Professional at Cordillera for 10 years and recently retired to stay at home with their children. “We can’t imagine living in a better place than Eagle Ranch. It is so conducive to our active family lifestyle, that we truly long for nothing living here,” says Erica. Scot notes, “It really is a very fulfilling life that we have here, and I feel extremely blessed having sold much of the real estate here, to get to know the wonderful people that make up Eagle Ranch. I look forward to watching my family grow up here and becoming an intricate part of the fabric of this community.”
